Cancellation Policy

To ensure that everyone can use our services with peace of mind, we have established a cancellation policy. Please be sure to check before applying.

[Cancellation Notification] If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number provided at the time of application.

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before 8:00 PM on the day before the photo shoot. If you need to change the photo shoot time for unavoidable reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.

[Cancellation fee] If you cancel between 8pm on the day before your reservation and the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee of 15 euros will be charged only if you contact us.

[No-show cancellation fee] If you cancel without notifying us, we will charge you 100% of the reservation price.

[Changes] You can change your reservation date as many times as you like free of charge, as long as you do so before the cancellation fee is incurred. Please contact us by email.
