Contact us via the form
Please let us know your desired date, kimono design, etc. in the form.
If you are still considering it, please feel free to contact us.

Confirmation of reservation
We will send you a reservation confirmation email based on the information you provide in the form.
STEP4
Try it on
Please try on the item beforehand to allow for fine adjustments to the size.
STEP5
Delivery the day before reservation
If you live in the Brussels East area we can deliver to your home, otherwise please contact us.
STEP6
Return
If you live in the Brussels East area, we can collect it from your home. If you live elsewhere, please contact us. You can also return it by post or courier. No need to wash it.
