KIMONO

Kimono is a traditional Japanese dress that is still worn on special occasions. There are a wide variety of kimonos, from expensive kimonos made by high-quality silk craftsmen to casual kimonos that can be worn on a daily basis. It takes technique to wear it beautifully, and there are even schools to learn it. We work with kimono experts to provide opportunities to enjoy kimono.

Yukata is a summer kimono. It is made with a fabric that can be worn even in the hot and humid summer. Compared to kimono, it is easier to put on by yourself, so we mainly offer try-on experiences at events.

Hakama is a part of pants. Hakama are used in the arts of kendo, archery, and noh, as well as in the costumes of Shinto priests and referees in sumo wrestling. Mostly worn by men. In modern times, it has become popular for women to wear it at school graduation ceremonies.

Children's kimonos are mainly used for special ceremonies to celebrate the ages of 3, 5 and 7. It is customary to visit a shrine in November and thank the children for their healthy growth. Nowadays, it is popular to take commemorative photos in kimono.
